MINER'S REGISTRY

The Miners of Little Cities Registry is an attempt to gather the names of all people in the Little Cities area who have worked in coal mines. Today we have over 11,000 names.

The Registry

Much of history documents large-scale events, but the names and stories of individuals are too easily lost. The Little Cities of Black Diamonds Miners Registry archives the names and stories of miners who lived and worked in this region. These names have been compiled from surviving records as well as oral histories.

If you know of a miner who is not included in this registry, please consider sharing their story with us.
